You must be at least 18 years old to use Bet CG. Age is verified at the time of registration, and an NID is required as part of the KYC process. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed.
Deposits and withdrawals are only permitted through payment methods registered in your own name. Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Suspicious transactions may be subject to verification before processing.
Each bonus carries its own wagering requirements. Bonuses have a set expiry date, and any unused bonus will be forfeited once expired. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
Only one account per person is allowed. Creating multiple accounts from the same device or household may result in all accounts being suspended.
Bets cannot be cancelled once placed — though exceptions may apply in certain cases before a match begins. Once the result of a match or game is finalised, no disputes will be accepted.
Account hacking, use of bots, odds manipulation, money laundering, and any other form of dishonest activity are strictly prohibited. Accounts involved in such activities will be permanently closed.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bet CG ("we", "the Platform") and its members ("you", "member"). By accessing or using the Bet CG website, app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

To create an account on Bet CG, the following conditions must be met:
Bet CG reserves the right to verify any account at any time and for any reason. Additional documents may be requested during the verification process. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Bet CG complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. For this reason, all members are required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. KYC verification is typically a one-time requirement — however, re-verification may be requested for large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity.
Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC is completed. Bet CG stores all KYC information with the strictest confidentiality and does not share it with third parties — except where required by law.
All financial transactions at Bet CG are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Please Note: If your balance contains both deposited funds and bonus funds at the time of withdrawal, your cash balance will be withdrawn first. Bonus funds can only be withdrawn once all applicable conditions have been met.
Bet CG regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the bonus offer page.
New members can receive a Welcome Bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit. A minimum deposit amount is required to qualify, and a bonus code must be entered at registration where applicable. The Welcome Bonus typically carries a wagering requirement of x20–x30 and is valid for 30 days.

The following rules apply strictly to Sports Betting on Bet CG. Please read them carefully before placing any bets.
Once a bet is placed and a "Bet Confirmed" message is displayed, the bet is considered final. A confirmed bet will not be cancelled due to an internet disconnection.
Confirmed bets cannot generally be cancelled. However, a Cash Out option may be available on certain markets before the match begins and within a specified timeframe.
If a match is abandoned or not completed within the scheduled timeframe, bets on that match will generally be voided and stakes refunded. See the FAQ below for more details.
Odds change rapidly in live/in-play betting. If the odds shift between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed, Bet CG will either confirm the bet at the new odds or cancel it.
Payout = Stake × Odds. In a parlay (accumulator) bet, a single incorrect result means the entire bet is lost. Winnings are credited to your wallet within 24 hours of the result being declared.
If Bet CG accepts a bet in error or incorrect odds are offered due to a system fault, Bet CG reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.
Bet CG's casino games (Live Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, slots, crash games, etc.) are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, RTP, and payout structure.
Bet CG never interferes with game outcomes. Crash games and slots use Provably Fair technology, which is independently verifiable. Live Casino games are powered by world-class providers whose results are regularly audited by independent third parties.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bet CG. Any account found engaging in such activities will be permanently suspended and the balance may be forfeited.
If Bet CG detects suspicious activity, the account will be suspended immediately and an investigation will be launched. If fraud is confirmed, all associated accounts and balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
